Here We Go

Finally, it is Opening Day. The weather of course is horrible in Nueva York but it is sunny in Baltimore and the Yankees are on the board leading 1-0. C.C. looks like he has the biggest Yankee uniform pants ever but who cares if he can get people out? I am still perplexed why MLB thought it was a good idea to have games in Chicago and Boston the first week of April. Not a big shock to find out it is snowing in Chicago and pouring in Boston. And how come nobody told me there was a new channel? MLB Network is all baseball all the time. And Harold Reynolds seems to have finally gotten a new gig after his firing from ESPN for propositioning an intern.  Nobody ever propositioned me when I was an intern but I didn't work at ESPN.

I am very excited for when the Yankees have their first game at the new Yankee Stadium which I have not seen in person yet but am hoping to go the first week of May.

Brett Gardner may have spunk. You all know how I hate spunk on other teams but I think I will like it on my team.

I wonder the same thing about holding the Legg Mason tournament in D.C. in August.
